Originally from King Cove, Rosanne Pletnikoff is Unangax and has a history steeped in the Aleut region of Alaska. Her extensive involvement in the region greatly lends itself to aiding Delta Point’s mission to support the Village of King Cove. Rosanne holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business from the University of Alaska system, as well as SHRM-CP and PHR certifications. Her experience in Human Resources spans over a decade in the Government, Health Care, and Non-Profit sectors. She also is involved with other Alaska Native-focused organizations outside of work.
Rosanne currently lives in Anchorage, Alaska with her family. She enjoys creating artwork in her off time including beading, oil painting, and woodwork. During the summer months, she enjoys getting out to King Cove to visit family and friends.
Ty Kosa is a professional who maintains an aptitude for multi-tasking and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders. With over 20 years in the Army, his military background affords him a personal understanding of Federal space and customer requirements. His experience in the military provided him with years to develop essential skills in federal relationship management, budget management, team building, and leadership. His various assignments in infantry units, serving multiple overseas tours, and his time at the Pentagon developed the “lead by example” philosophy he still embraces today.
During his time in the military, Ty earned his bachelor's degree in Sports Administration and a master's degree in Sports Management. He has been supporting Federal Contracting companies since retiring from the Army, primarily working for Alaska Native Corporations.
Ty lives with his family in East Tennessee where he spends warmer days on the water and cooler days enjoying the Smoky Mountains. He also spends time in the local community coaching high school track & field and volunteering with Young Life.
Christian Lopez is an accomplished global leader and visionary project management strategist with an MBA in Finance and Master’s in organizational leadership. As a retired United States Marine and Service-Disabled Veteran with multiple overseas tours, Christian possesses a broad background of experience gained in various industries and the U.S. Marine Corps, managing logistics operations, warehousing/distribution centers, and enterprise technology implementations. Throughout his career Christian has trained and mentored teams to succeed in difficult and stressful situations, serving as an advisor to highest levels of command. With over 20 years of demonstrated achievements managing people and organizational operations, Christian is an indispensable contributor to superior project performance. Outstanding planning, communications, and team building are a part of Christian’s professional DNA.
Christian is a believer in God and is married to his rock, Patricia. Together they have four wonderful children and reside in sunny California.
Braxton Apperson’s considerable experience in federal and defense contracting lends to his successful work as Director of Finance and Contracting at Delta Point. In addition, his background also allows for his consultation in Corporate Strategy for the company and, more broadly, the King Cove family of companies. Prior to joining Delta Point, his various roles included working in corporate finance and economics/analytics supporting other Alaska Native Corporations. Braxton holds an undergraduate degree in Economics as well as a Master’s of Applied Economics from John Hopkins University.
When not running numbers for Delta Point, Braxton enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his family in the Richmond, Virginia area. He also invests his time and energy in his children’s education, sitting on the finance committee at their school.
Jim Miner is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in driving growth, profitability, and business development for Native American-owned companies, currently serving as President and CEO of Delta Point, a subsidiary of King Cove Corporation. Jim has spent the last 30 years in Alaska building successful for-profit companies centering on Alaska Native Corporation subsidiaries becoming certified in the SBA’s 8(a) program. Jim started Copper River Information Technology in 2005 for the Native Village of Eyak and grew the company to successful profitability; today, the Copper River family of subsidiaries is a $250 million conglomerate with over 500 employees. Likewise, in 2010 Jim started Moss Cape LLC for the Native Village of King Cove and grew the company to successful profitability, achieving $40 million in revenue in 2019. Presently, Jim is leading Delta Point to rapid success in the 8(a) program.
While away from his desk, Jim enjoys spending time with his grandkids. He also loves hunting black-tailed deer in "The Last Frontier" of Alaska.

King Cove Federal’s parent company, King Cove Corporation, provides essential oversight in determining the organization’s mission and purpose through its Board of Directors, ensuring effective organizational planning while representing its shareholders. The Board furnishes governing measures and promotes the stability of operations. This allows King Cove Federal to provide sustainable growth for the Village of King Cove and support the shareholders as they endeavor to preserve their traditional culture and values.
